NEW BOOKS: since my last blog post, we’ve published three more books in our ever-growing “Heroes of Ancient China” series of graded readers. They are: “Yu the Great”, “Nuwa the Creator”, and “Sunzi the Strategist”. All are available on Amazon and various other online booksellers, check our home page for links.
IN DEVELOPMENT: we have two more books in the “Heroes of Ancient China” series well underway. One is “Hou Yi the Archer” which tells the story of Chang’e from her husband’s point of view, including what happened after his beloved wife floated off to the moon. The other is “Confucius the Sage” which tells the story of the world’s most famous philosopher. Both should be published by the end of August.
MORE IN DEVELOPMENT: we also are making progress on the long-awaited “Chengyu!” book, a collection of 18 Chinese idioms and the stories behind them.
